The worst service

I ordered a new cellphone from Vodacom on Monday. On Wednesday morning I received a notification that the phone would be delivered on Wednesday. The delivery address was for my home address and I was in the office. So I phoned their call centre at 08:23 and asked what time the driver would be at my house. The call centre agent tried to phone the driver but couldnt get hold of him so she promised me she would phone me back when she spoke to him. She never phoned back. At 11:10 I phoned the call centre and the call centre agent spoke to the driver and he advised her he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I asked her to please tell the driver to phone me when he arrived at my house as I was on my way to my house. She confirmed the driver would phone me. When I go home my domestic worker advised that the driver had just left. But he never phoned me. If he phoned me, as he was supposed to, I would have informed him I was just around the corner and I would have received my phone. I therefore phoned the call centre again and they said it is company policy for the driver to phone the customer when he arrives at the destination. They informed me the driver would deliver after 4pm. They informed me that they are not allowed to give me the drivers contact number when I asked for his contact number. I went back to the office and made sure I was home before 4pm. I drove over 60km and wasted 1.5 hours of my time yesterday afternoon because the driver didnt follow the correct protocols and the call centre was unable to do as they promised. The driver never arrived after 4pm and never phoned me. I tried to phone their call centre at 07:00 on Thursday morning but their call centre only starts taking calls after 07:30 even though they say their call centre opens at 07:00. I even pressed the "premium member option" but no one answered. I eventually got through to the call centre after 07:30. I asked them to provide me with the drivers contact number and they did. I spoke to the driver who advised me he was not given my phone this morning and that the phone would be delivered on Friday. He was informed yesterday afternoon by the call centre not to deliver the phone after 4pm. I work on an hourly basis and because of the shocking service provided by Skynet I am loosing wages as I can't go into the office until I have clarity on when the phone will be delivered. I have been holding to speak to someone at their call centre now for over 20 minutes.
