The worst experience with a courier service by far. Thank you sky net!

First time using sky net and this is the 3rd day that my package has not been picked up in Cape Town to be delivered in jhb,I have never experienced this delay not even with paxi.My business is now losing money because of orders that could not be delivered to my client's on time.Ive spoken to different people over these past days and nothing is still resolved,I'm either being blocked now or they drop the call while asking me to stay on hold.I will never ever use sky net again personally because of what they are putting me and my business trough.
