The worst ever experience with a courier company
The worst courier company ever, If I could rate -100 I would do so. Please do not use these guys by any chance. I ordered via Incredible Connections and to my dismay, they unfortunately use SkyNet for online deliveries. I ordered on the 20th, I still have not received my order, when you call you are promised delivery the next day and the next day goes by without even communication for that decency and respect for people's time. Its all a ****, customer service is crucial in today's economy and SkyNet could care less. Your driver **** and said i refused delivery where as the camera footage shows there was never a delivery on the 24th to begin with. You should be ashamed and really look at putting your customers first! I am utterly disgusted by your "no- service". Poor absolute nonsense a company. DO NOT RECOMMEND
