The worst courier service in South Africa

My router was supposed to have been delivered in 3 to 5 working days from th 3rd October,even now I'm still waiting,I keep calling and send emails no-one is willing to assist,now I'm been to told they might deliver on the 23rd,so I have to wait again 3 more days
