The worst courier / delivery company - should be shut down

I would like to give this company zero stars, especially after reading all the other reviews of this company on Google. I have purchased many items from Temu and have never had problems with various couriers delivering to my address. Still, SkyNet gives the excuse that there is an issue with my delivery address. After days of confirming my address and them advising that my parcel would be delivered, I still have nothing. I cannot believe that a company with such bad service is still running. The note from them that my address is incorrect is a lie and a ploy to delay delivery, as they have insufficient manpower.
