The worst courier company ever

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since the day 10th of November. Every time I call them they make me wait on the line for 6 minutes at most before answering and telling me it gonna be delivered tomorrow. Even on WhatsApp when I message them the answer is always the same, the parcel is at the Depot it gonna be delivered tomorrow 😩😩😩 they have the worst service ever. I’m starting to believe Skynet is a **** and that I’ll never receive my parcel 😭😭😭 I even asked them to tell me where the depot is so that o can fetch it myself and they said that not allowed. What am I suppose to do? The parcel is my vehicle license disc, it has expired I need to put in the new one before I get a ticket. Please tell me what I’m suppose to do?
