The most useless courier company skynet (uafrica)

What a useless courier company. They sent me message advising that my package was out for delivery on Wednesday at 6am, I left the office after 5 and it was never delivered. I check the tracking number on Thursday to discover they attempted to deliver to my office address at 8:18 pm on Wednesday. I never received a call or anything and when I contacted them they tell me that the driver has left for the day. What kind of courier company does not call or attempt to deliver a package again full well knowing that they made a lousy attempt to deliver in the first and now they call and tell me that they can only deliver on Monday. To whom exactly, Christmas is on Sunday and the want to deliver the package after the fact. My company is closed on the Monday that they are wanting to deliver. What a useless excuse for an organisation
