The most useless courier

Absolutely unacceptable service. My package has been with them since the 20th of Nov 2024, and the tracking system keeps showing “out for delivery” every day, yet nothing has arrived. I’ve tried reaching out to the driver assigned to my area but can’t get hold of them. The customer care line is equally useless—no responses, no follow-ups, just complete radio silence. It’s clear that no one at this company knows what they’re doing. Avoid using Skynet at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Pity there’s no zero stars
