The most horrible courier company

I have experienced the most horrible service from them. I purchased from Shein and have paid my taxes and customs but there’s still no movement with my order and it has been days!! and they not coming to me to deliver,I have had to call their customer service team and they also been telling me items will be delivered and till today I haven’t received anything the most terrible courier company ever
