THE FREAKING PITS!!!

I've been phoning since the 5th of February - tracking my Unisa study material and every day are given a different story. Parcel was received at Olifantsfontein on Saturday and the tracking stage were updated yesterday.<br> <br> This morning I called again on *** and were advised that it must be booked to a driver and I can expect the material sometime next week.<br> <br> Now my question to you - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ONCE PARCEL'S RECEIVED TO GET IT BOOKED TO A FREAKING DRIVER AND DELIVERED???<br> <br> MY DAMN ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE FROM THE 20TH OF FEBRUARY
