The express company that doesn't deliver!!!

This company has the worst service delivery in the country. I'm just giving them a star because there is no option for zero star. My parcel has been in their possession since March 15 2023. They said my parcel was out on delivery from March 17 but no delivery van showed up at my gate and no call. Their drivers reported that there was no consignee available and they scheduled another delivery on the 24th and same story happened. I contacted customer service, all they do is promise me the matter will be resolved but it's the same story over and over. It's 01 April and I still haven't gotten my parcel. They should let us know if their delivery van doesn't make it th the rural areas because this is frustrating now as the parcel is urgent.
