Thanks Skynet nor NOTHING!!!!

I have never had to struggle with a courier company as much as I have with Skynet Elandfontein. I received a message yesterday that my parcel would be delivered before 17:00. I stayed home in order to be available when they arrived. I had a lot to do but I changed my plans....all for nothing because they did not arrive. This morning again I received another message stating the same thing, that my order would be delivered before 17:00....yet again my plans were delayed for no reason at all because my order was not delivered. I received a message saying that my delivery failed...no further explanation as to why, considering that I provided the correct delivery address and contact number. Worst service ever!!!! Very unhappy client...first and absolutely last time. Thanks Skynet nor nothing!
