Terrible Service – Undelivered Package, No Customer Support!

I’ve been waiting for my package for weeks, and Skynet has failed to deliver it. The tracking status is either stuck "on hold" or not updated at all, with no explanation.

Worst of all, Skynet’s customer service is impossible to reach: - Calls go unanswered or drop after long holds. - Emails go ignored. - No accountability for delayed/lost packages.

This is unacceptable for a paid courier service. I paid for delivery, not incompetence and silence. Avoid Skynet if you want your parcels to arrive!
