Terrible terrible service!!!!!

I keep getting automated responses "we'll respond shortly"

I still have not received my order and really this is now annoying. You even have the wrong number on system! I've sent you emails and called you and still nothing!!!!!

How is it that I'm following up all the time and i get nothing from you???? I dont know where you got the 078 number from, I NEED MY ORDER ... ITS URGENT!!!!
