Terrible service, lying staff, unreliable company

I had terrible experience, I have been waiting for my Unisa study material since last Fri. The Skynet tracking system says it was out for delivery. I got a call from a Eunice Baloyi on Fri saying she has my study material. I waited for her but she never delivered. She sent an sms saying I should contact her for my study material. With my airtime! I sent messages she didn't respond, I called she said she was around my area basically 5min away. She never pitched and now she's not taking my calls. My assignments are due soon, I have errands that I put on hold waiting for her. This is ridiculous
