Terrible service from Skynet, Manager at Newcastle is ***********

Terrible company, I am awaiting my parcel since 03/07/2024, where i received an sms, today is the 04/07/02024, battled to get through , eventually spoke to a Ayanda Magubane who was not helpful at all. The Manager at Newcastle claims they came to my address to deliver the parcel and called, we did not answer- this is a total not true as I was at home the whole day due to me receiving the message that Skynet would be coming through, Ayanda eventually cut the call
