Terrible Service from Skynet Couriers

Skynet is the worst courier service ever. My parcel was shipped on the 24th of November 2022. I had a special occasion on the 3rd of December 2022. Despite promises from U Africa on behalf of Skynet I still have not received my parcel and it is already 5 December 2022. According to the tracking label the parcel was received in Cape Town on days ago. After I entered "a bad service" on their system I got a call from Gladys at Skynet. I even provided them with an alternative address for delivery as I would be going on leave and not be at the address I have given up for delivery. They confirmed this and informed me that the parcel would be delivered on Friday, 2 December 2022. To date no parcel was received.
