Terrible service from a courier company

This is the most terrible experience I've experienced with a courier company.

Skynet received my package on Friday 24/11/2023 and till date (22:40 ; 30/11/2023) has literally taken a week yet I still haven't received my package which they've been saying it's out for delivery since 28/11/2023. Most courier companies deliver the next working day after receiving a package and Skynet still hasn't delivered and it's been 4 days and counting.

Skynet doesn't even bother to communicate, I called today (30/11/2023 ) and I was promised me that my package would be delivered today still and yet nothing ans no communication from them.
