Terrible Service – Dishonest, Unreliable, and Zero Communication

If I could give Skynet zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst courier experience I’ve ever had.

First, there was absolutely no communication about my parcel’s whereabouts. It reached Cape Town, but there were no updates after that. Then, out of nowhere, they stopped the delivery service due to “unforeseen circumstances”—no explanation, no effort to resolve the issue.

I called customer support, and the agent promised to call me back—which, of course, never happened. When I followed up, they straight-up ****, claiming they attempted delivery but that “no one was home.” That’s complete nonsense—I was home all day, waiting for my parcel.

To make matters worse, I tried calling their customer service at least 40 times, and they kept declining my calls. Absolutely disgraceful.

Skynet is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this courier at all costs.
