Terrible service delivery

If I could give 0 Stars I would, for an international company it’s embarrassing that they can never keep to their word about delivering promptly. I’ve been waiting for my parcel for so long and it still hasn’t arrived, honestly I wish apps like Temu or SHEIN gave us the option to choose the logistics provider we prefer because Skynet doesn’t deserve to be on that list at all for such poor and pathetic service
