Terrible service, completely inefficient. All I want is what I paid for.

<p>After my parcel did not arrive on time I have Skynet a call. I was greeted by a lady that sounded like I was interrupting her sleep and was promised delivery for the Monday morning. After Monday passing with no delivery I called again. This time I was told the parcel wasn't delivered as they did not have my company name, I provided it to them and she promised delivery for Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I received a phone call from a man asking my company name, after spelling it out several times he proceeded to shout at someone else and have a big conversation before simply saying "ok bye". About an hour later I received another call asking my company address. I provided again. After my parcel was not delivered again I called in, apparently no one had told the driver. So they promised they would deliver it to me by 12:30 Wednesday. I heard nothing from anyone and after 12:30 called in again. I was asked my company name for the 4th time and was told I would have to wait around until 6pm to get my parcel. No one was willing to help me, even after this being escalated to the management. After being spoken to rudely and still waiting for my parcel with no one bothering to help I am quite disgusted with this company. No avenue has worked to simply receive what I have paid for.</p>
