Terrible service and no communication from Skynet "Express"

Horrible service. I have not received my Temu package yet, and they do not respond to emails, website chats, or WhatsApp messages. They also do not answer their phones at the Branch. My package has been laying at the branch for over a week and they keep updating my package as "Bad address". I have done multiple updates with them to correct my address. I never had issues with other Temu packages delivered by the previous courier companies they used. I have always received it long before the expected delivery date. Utterly disgusted.
