Terrible service.

With the all the negative reviews abt Skynet, why would Vodacom continue using this terrible courier,this is the worst company I have had to deal with they keeping my parcel for almost 2 weeks now, and their agents are really not useful, called them almost every day and they either brush you off and tell you, they will deliver or the parcel is scanned out but nothing and when you call back it's another story , Vodacom is not also helping as they tell me that they have consigned this company to deliver my parcel. I have wasted time waiting on them .this is so disappointing.
