Terrible service

If there was a better way to express the stars it would be a 0 star. Firstly train your staff to be more polite. I've had Lungani come to my premises twice. He unfortunately could not leave my package because of outstanding documents which was not needed by my service provider. Yes it's different entities but if I'm being told I don't require documentations for my delivery why are we doing a back and forth??? Lungani firstly refuses to come down and deliver keeping in mind this is a door-to-door service. He has an attitude problem which clearly needs to be fixed. This is very unnecessary. If you delivery to someone who is incapacitated how do they receive a package ?? Lungani proceeds to call his (Larnie) and nicely takes the package back whilst I'm trying to get the documents. Very unprofessional. Train your staff
