Terrible service

I have experienced the most terrible services they are sitting with my items that I bought online at Woolworths ,they have my items for also my 6 days and they not coming to me to deliver,I have had to call their customer service team and they also been telling me items will be delivered and till today I haven’t received anything the most terrible courier company ever
