Terrible service

<p>I bought a table and after waiting almost two weeks without receiving it I was told that it will be delivered on Monday the 24th of July. They then turn up a few days before that at the house with the delivery and no one was there. Had to hear from the neighbours. The next day I called them and they told me delivery was set for Monday. CLearly no communication in this company. </p> <p>On Monday morning I called asking when is the delivery going to take place. They told me it's up to the driver. He has time between 9 and 4. I asked them to be more specific, because I don't have tome to sit around waiting for someone the whole day. The first person I called said they could not do anything about it. The second tried calling the driver and the third one just put me on hold and then the phone went dead.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I waited then there the whole day and cancelled my things and when it was 16h30 and the table was not delivered I called them again. Again it took 3 attempts with different people before I was informed that the driver will be there between 6 and 7. He apparently had a breakdown. Naturally I was a bit upset and asked the lady why did they not inform me and then she told me they just told me now. Really???</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only are they seriously unprofessional and clearly don't give a damn, their fleet is unreliable too.</p> <p>I know courier services are generally not the best but this is by far the worst company I have dealt with.</p> <p> </p>
