Terrible service

Honestly the worst carrier I have ever experienced. They over charge you on their additional delivery fees and there is nothing express about their service. No assistance from their call centre agents and the website has unuseful information when you track you goods. I am extremely frustrated at this point as I was charged a lot of money for my goods to be released and two weeks later I am still waiting and no one at skynet can give me information. I would strongly suggest that you avoid using this company where possible.
