Terrible service

Shocking! I paid for the service to get my car licence delivered by Skynet, weeks go by and finally I get hold the licencing dept, for them to send me the waybill, Skynet states that an sms was sent out for delivery - I did not receive a thing from them, not even a waybil number, then the driver was so called at my gate 3 times, WHY DIDN'T HE CALL, like all other delivery guys do? We do not have a bell and there is always someone at home. I am nearly 9 months pregnant and now you expect me to drive over an hour in my unlicenced car to PTA to go fetch my licence disk because making a simple phone call at the gate is just to much to ask. What else did the driver do, wave his arms in the air. Honestly, ridiculous service!!!! Give me a refund to get another service provider to fetch my disk or come deliver it how you were originally supposed to.
