Terrible service

Worst service! They sent a message to confirm that parcel will be delivered on Thursday - I waited all day but they never showed up. Called them the next day, but had to wait for ages before being connected to someone. Eventually, after being disconnected about 8 time, I got hold of one of the agents who told me earlier the day that she would get back to me but never did. She confirmed the parcel is still not out for delivery and wanted to deliver on the Saturday, so again I had to re-arrange my schedule to accommodate their sloppiness. I will not recommend them.
