TERRIBLE POOR SERVICE!

I’m not even surprised to see the bad reviews from other customers here cause wow. This company has exhausted me as well. The boring thing is that the employees or delivery guys don’t even communicate, the one I was with he was even rude complaining that he has lot of deliveries as if it was my fault.

The call centre customer service consultants they are full of lies. Kept promising me that my parcel was going to be delivered before end of business day but nothing. After when I have called they told me the parcel was returned to buffalo which I couldn’t even understand why but just because I asked to log a complaint that’s when they started to give me the service that I deserved or any customer deserved from the very beginning. Surprisingly my parcel was delivered first thing in the morning, I am appreciative to the lady name Mitchell who was in contact with me but I’m still furious cause of the stress I had to go through to get things done. It is basically *********** people cause what was so difficult to deliver the parcel before I even had to call the call centre for a follow up. With the bad reviews you guys are getting, clearly you need to change your processes, it’s utterly POOR service. I’m never using you guys again
