Terrible (non-existent?) service provider

They send SMS's to say the parcel is being delivered, then to say delivery successful, but no one has even seen the parcel yet! They don't answer their phones, they don't react to WhatsApp messages, they might react to an email, after a couple of hours, with more questions, and then just don't bother to get back to you. Why any reputable company, like eNatis for instance, would use their services is beyond me. Suffice to say, if my license is delivered late, and I get a fine for an expired license, I can spend a lot of money making sure they pay the fine! And refund me my expenses.
