I expected my package to be delivered form the 29th of November from Skynet however until today I haven't received my phone that I app**** for from Vodacom. I have been calling Skynet to make arrangements to get my iPhone delivery but the service there is terrible I have been speaking to a lady by the name of Petronella making arrangements with her but no delivery has been done and no communication has been done from their side, It's even worse today she doesn't even want to come to the phone when I request for her. I reverted back to Vodacom to find out what can be done about this situation, and they even told me to call Skynet and make arrangements with them however I did not take up any contract with Skynet. I wonder why Vodacom is still using this company as their courier because their service is very very poor.
