Terrible Festive Service

Parcel collected at Buffalo warehouse. It arrived at Skynet on the 14th without me even knowing. I sent a driver to the Buffalo warehouse on the 21st and they advised me it was handed to Skynet. I expected a quick service as it is festive but obviously they don't have any urgency and made **** promises for a full two days ! I spoke to Doris @ 8 she works in the Call center. Promised to call me back at 10:30 after being so rude and she never called back. Called again and spoke to multiple people and they all were rude and gave me the same excuses. I had a driver waiting the whole day to collect my parcel by Skynet but they didn't call back and my last call was dropped in my ear by someone that was chewing in my ear and was extremely rude. I ended up speaking to Doris , Nessy , Astchybolt , Mary Ann , Refina , Thebeko ,and with no success. All of them were rude , unhelpful and my family that are vising for the first time in 3 years are going to sit without Christmas present. Thank you for your very very terrible service. I hope to God that Buffalo warehouse will never use you again. Fastway collected the same time and people in my office received their parcels this week. You are not the only courier service but you are definitely the worst out of the lot ! Doris I'm still waiting for your call and it's 16:51
