Terrible experience

I wish I could give them less than 1, that's what they deserve. They said my fiancée package was out for delivery which is cool. At 7am which was even better but we waited and waited.... nothing... At 4pm I called them and I either got an answer that the package was still on route or it was misplaced and would have to come tomorrow. I know they finish up their deliveries at 6pm which is totally fine but we got nothing. I gave them more calls before the time, spent a good hour plus on calls trying to figure out what was happening but again was given one or another answer. I eventually caved and said lets try and get a premium package to get it delivered tonight but it was R800!!!! That's completely ridiculous, I was expecting a max of R300 but that was absurd. One lady in my final call before 5pm gave me hope that the package was going to come today as they said they contacted the driver and the driver said that they were coming still and would get my package soon. In the end I don't have my package and the lack of info just infuriated me. I am a very calm person when it comes to this stuff. It's not the customer service people who are at fault, the system is but in the end I got mad at them cause of the misinformation I was getting about the package either coming today or not. I wanted a straight answer but wasn't getting one. I got one person who told me that the delivery person was going to contact me to say whether or not they could make it to me. I gave her my number but alas noting happened. The customer service was both good and bad at the same time. Some people were helpful others were just not whatsoever. I'd honestly rate this company as trash, only thing saving them Imo is the customer service as they tried... somewhat. In the end I am frustrated that they **** to me and there was no communication at all!!! That's what I want, to know where by package is. That's all. Basically the package was miss routed apparently but I don't even know since of the miscommunication. But I hope I'll get it tmr. This company is trash, completely, buffalo is soooo much better, never a problem with them.
