Terrible Drivers, Switchboard, Service

Wow... What a terrible company!!

No communication, the driver can't be located, and the switchboard takes over 20 minutes to answer. When they place you on hold, they go on holiday while you wait. So many wrong things are happening there! Just close down the company if u no longer wanna service the consumers!
