Terrible delivery Service I have ever seen

Good day, Tracking number: ***. Extremely disappointed at Skynet and Vodacom. Terrible service. I have being doing follow ups from Monday the 14th for my parcel delivery with Skynet and Vodacom.

Every time I follow up I follow up, I am told the parcel will be delivered the following day, there was a problem with the address. Every day following up, now it’s 5 days later, I keep on getting sms that delivery has failed.

Can someone senior please assist as clearly I am not going to get my parcel anytime and I am running out of time and patience as I have to use this laptop ASAP.

If you cannot delivery because of the Area Diepsloot, tell me where I can come and fetch my parcel and stop wasting my time.
