Terrible Delivery Service

<p>So yesterday I waited forever for my study material to be delivered, seeing as it was suppose to come, but on my waybill last night just before six this was said "Waybill Returned: Consignee not avail", EVEN THOUGH i was waiting the WHOLE day. And there are no way of getting a hold of people who can assit me. </p>
