Terrible delivery service

SkyNet is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. Day of delivery they let me know at 5pm that delivery has failed without an explanation or a phone call. The next day the same story. Said parcel is out for delivery. Time is now 6:30 pm and not a phone call or nothing from them. If this is how they operate then I don't ever want a parcel delivered by them again. Poor service.
