Terrible customer service, Unfriendly staff and overall terrible experience.

Worst possible Service I have ever received.

My package was due to be delivered on Friday, rearranged my work day to avail myself, I received no communication from the driver and no message to state that the package would no longer be delivered. I tried to contact the customer service line and no one answered the phones even after 20 mins. Had to call them again on Monday to change the delivery address and they finally resoponded, after 30 mins, They stated that the delivery would now take place the following day. on tuesday I finally get a call from the driver, and he enquires on my availability at the previous address, I stated that I had changed the address and he has a very rude tone towards me and enquires the new address and hangs up. hours later, I call the driver and he states my package will be delivered tomorrow on Wednesday and that another driver will be delivering it. no communication was sent.
