Terrible customer service, they ignore their emails

Worst logistics company ever it’s been over three weeks since my parcel was supposed to be delivered zero communication from them I’ve went back home from Pretoria and they are ignoring my emails and attempts at changing delivery addresses. Very unprofessional and unhelpful team with insane custom clearance prices. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of June 2022 and till today it hasn’t be delivered. Absolutely do not recommend
