Terrible Customer Service

What a bunch of incompetence, was promised my package and delivery within 5 business days, only received a waybill with no further updates from them. They do not respond to emails, queries or even bother to answer the telephone. How can a business like this exact in the face of offering service delivery to customers, pathetic and non existent customer service!
