Terrible customer service

I’ve been waiting for a package to arrive which has been out for delivery for the past three days. When I call customer care, I spend over an hour on the call just for them to put me on hold and forget I am on the line. My package has still not arrived and I have no way of finding out when I will receive it as the tracking has been saying out for delivery
