Terrible customer service

Very unprofessional and lack decent customer service some pointers I would like to highlight 1) rude telephone etiquette 2) No solution to the problem 3) customer service agent end calls while u still talking (two male opperators) 4) No correspondence with me by courier delivering parcel to confirm time etc 5) Skynet says inaccurate address but previous parcels been delivered by other courier companies but skynet feels the address is incorrect. A week and still no parcel

I would like to give a thumbs up to Mercy for assisting yesterday

The other two men need to be educated on their telephone etiquette and customer service and the drivers need to call the customer should they find it difficult to find the location.

Really disgusting service
