Terrible customer care

Good day

I am very appalled at the poor service from Skynet. I got a message this morning saying that my delivery will be done today for order number ***3.

I tried calling Skynet to see what time the parcel will be delivered but couldn't get through. I tried the whatsapp number to no avail. I checked on the tracking site and it said Consignee not available. This is lies. I was available the entire day and my daughter was home the entire day. Both our cell numbers were given to the seller. None of us were called. When will my parcel be delivered?
