Terrible Courier Service

I would give minus stars if I could...............This must be the worst courier in the country! I have waited two days for a parcel to be delivered - firstly they had Bad Address as the reason for the non-delivery, but it was actually their fault in that they put my parcel on the wrong vehicle and then the next day (today) they advised I would get it before 12pm and I am still waiting. They do not answer emails timeously, they have a Whatsapp line that they do not respond to and if you call expect to wait a looooooooong time to speak to anyone and now I am back on hold after speak to an agent 23 minutes later ! All in all very bad service
