Terrible courier

This courier service in South Africa is absolutely terrible. My parcel has been stuck at their dispatch hub since November 6th. I finally got an update yesterday (November 12th) that it’s out for delivery. But even after 36 hours, I haven’t received anything. I’ve tried calling them and using their chat function on their website, but neither method has worked. I highly recommend avoiding this courier service at all costs!
