Terrible company. Terrible operations

They thrive on giving ****py service and communication. I got a notification it was out for delivery yesterday, and I didnt receive it. Only for the update to at 10pm saying I wasn't available when nobody called. Even if they delivered after 5. The courier could've called and at least communicated his/her suitable delivery time. If you have options, don't choose Skynet
