Terrible company

This company should be put out of business because they do not take their customers serious. I received an SMS last week Friday that ,y parcel will be del that day. I then called them to inform them that I am not available and want to reschedule the delivery for the following week but the driver after 1 hour called me to say he is there to deliver. I tried calling them again to no answer and on the 18 I received another SMS saying my parcel is out for delivery and I waited the whole day but apparently the driver tried to make delivery but no one came. They lie and the service is terrible. I tried speaking to an agent via whatsapp they did not even reply.
