Terrible Comms and Customer Service

I ordered something through Mr Price Sports Online and let me tell you - I will never, EVER order online from them again - not becaue of Mr Price. But because of the courier service they use. This courier service. I receieved one SMS on the 6 May informing me my package was on the way. But nothing since then. I eventually received it 21 May, all that time later, only because of my excessive effort to call and follow up with the courier company consistently. They said eventually they struggled to get the right address. Which I only found out because of my follow ups .

I found a couple helpful people along the way, and I get it - things dont always go to plan. But the communication was so terrible, and in the end I felt so frustrated, undervalued and unsatisfied I was literally about to request a refund and get it instore.

Mr Price , use a new courier service!
