Terrible and Unreliable

Even the 1 star is a bit much for the service I have received from Skynet! I ordered a cellphone from Telkom Mobile which Skynet was supposed to deliver at my office address on Friday, 3rd Jan. The office was closed so I contacted Skynet and spoke to a consultant called Zanele to request that the driver calls me 30 mins before delivery which they said would be noted on the system but it never happened. On Monday, 6th Jan, I contacted them and spoke to Zanele again who connected with the driver and I was told delivery would be done by 13h30 which did not happen. There was no need to give me 13h30 if it was not practical. I no longer want that delivery.
